#3. Medical Issues
There are many medical issues that could cause your libido to take a dive, including depression, fibroids, thyroid disorders, low testosterone and endometriosis. If you think that a medical issue is what is causing your low sex drive, then you should contact your doctor as soon as you can. Many medical conditions that lead to low sex drive can be treated.
There are certain medications that could lower your libido, including antidepressants, drugs that lower blood pressure and oral contraceptives. Ask your doctor about switching to a different medication or lowering your dose.
#5. Negative Self Image
If you have a negative image of yourself, it’s not easy to feel sexy or attractive. Take some time to take care of yourself, whether that means making time to go to the gym a few days a week, eating healthy homemade meals or reinvigorating yourself with a facial or a massage. Taking the time to care for yourself can help you to feel invigorated and boost your confidence.
