What exactly does it mean to have a low sex drive?
Most people think that sex drive is all about how often you have sex and it doesn’t have anything to do with satisfaction or desire, but actually the opposite is true. When it comes to how often you have intercourse with your partner, there is no magic number that makes you normal or abnormal. Whether you have intercourse three times a week or once a month, as long as both partners are happy, there isn’t a problem. It is also important to note that your sex drive can decline as you age, and that is also normal. However, if you used to be interested in sex and now you suddenly aren’t, then there is probably an issue.
